The rich woolen base is enhanced through a carefully layered appliqué technique, where embroidered cotton panels are meticulously placed and finished with tone-on-tone threadwork, adding subtle texture and depth to the garment. At the back, the jacket carries a distinctive embroidered panel depicting the Sia Mentok, a rare high-altitude flower native to Ladakh, serving as a quiet tribute to the landscape and cultural memory of the region. The interior is finished with a contrasting lining of indigo cotton patchwork, introducing an unexpected play of color and craft within.
